My name is Enzo. We are traveling to Colorado from Arizona by car. That’s a 12 hour drive! I’m not too big on car rides. Especially long ones! So I had a strategy to sleep in the car! I would stay up all night before the drive. On our way we stopped here in Moab, Utah for a night. We went to Zax for dinner. Zax, not Zaxby’s🙂! Then we went to a cupcake and ice cream place and got ice cream! Both dinner and dessert were delicious! While my brother was going to bed, me and Mom went for a walk around this town and saw some cool stores. By the looks of it there is a lot to do here! To bad we aren’t here long enough to do some of that😥! My only day in Moab was fun and I can’t wait to come back! I hope it’s this fun in Colorado!
P.S. It is a little cooler here. But how would I know, I come from The Valley of Phoenix!

I am here in Colorado after the long drive. Instead of driving up to red mountains of rock in Moab, we passed beautiful creeks and mountains with lots of green pine trees. On or way here we got a really good surprise, my aunty brought us lunch at a big Park in Silverthorn! My brother had lots of fun playing on the playground equipment and field. Me not so much. Know me personally for the whole story. Anyways after that we got in the car for the rest of the drive. Once we got to the house, I went exploring in the meadow behind our house. It even has a pond! Cool, I know. We also figured out our friend’s flight got canceled and wouldn’t come till tomorrow. That’s all I did today. Hope you will like it here too!

Saturday morning we went to the local park which is awesome. They have a full playground, which of course Cody enjoys a lot, but we all played together with him. We took time out to play wiffle-ball on the baseball diamond and we did really good.
In the afternoon we hung out the house for a mean foozball tournament.

On Sunday we went to the Winterpark ski resort where they were holding the U.S. downhill mountain bike championship. There were lots of riders that competed including younger kids who competed in the under 14 age group. We also played in the park and then….Uncle Stooie took us on a hike all the way up the mountain, I think he said some 500 feet up. It was incredible!
After we got back home Uncle Stooie took all the kids to the rec center where they had an incredible indoor pool that we all swam in. We were all so exhausted after that day!

Monday morning was another full day. Stuart and Marcus went to Pole Creek Golf Club for a round of golf. Super awesome scenery. Could not believe that we had a 45 frost delay at the end of July!
Titi came up for the day to visit with us as well and all the girls (and Enzo and Cody) went to adventure quest park which was a great highlight. It was kind of scary but we all did really well! Afterwards we went to go horseback riding but Mom accidentally booked it at the wrong place, so that did not quit work out and Lilly was very upset because that is something she really wanted to do. Instead we went and rented bicycles for everyone for our big bike-adventure tomorrow!

Today was a full day! We rented bikes for all of us and then proceeded on a 12 mile, round-trip bike ride to the WinterPark ski resort. The trip there was a bit brutal with the elevation climb and Marcus had hand the reins off to Stuart to pull the Cody buggy! Everyone was a bit spent and winded once we got there.
Once there we we got our day passes and proceeded directly to the Alpine Slide. We had to take a chair lift up the mountain and then an awesome ride done the mountain…you could really go fast. Even Cody liked it riding with Marcus and kept asking to go faster! Enzo, Holly and Lilly did the ride 3 times! We also did an obstacle course and took a gondola to the top of the mountain at 10,000 feet to have lunch at the restaurant.
We are now home about 6 PM and everyone is exhausted and ready for bed. Tomorrow is another adventure day to the Grand National Park…till then.

Today is July 31, 2019 and this is going to be a cool day. First we get to have Cake (made by Lilly and Holly) and some Ice Cream because today is Cody’s 3rd birthday! Happy Birthday Cody!
Then we are off on an adventure to the Rocky Mountain National Park which is about 1 hour away. The pictures tell a thousand words….

While Debbie and Kristin went to the Spa at Devils Thumb (which they absolutely loved), Stuart, Holly and Enzo went Whitewater river rafting on the Colorado River. Class 2 and Class 3 rapids. Marcus enjoyed a quite day at home with Cody and Lilly, whom he beat 6 straight times in Foozball.
